Pure Tek 360 is proud to be Made In The USA. We rejuvenate fibers from your used uniforms with our exclusive patented technology in our USA based fiber rejuvenation plant. Then we spin yarn, fabricate high tech fabrics, make and customize your uniforms to your specifications in our USA based production facility.
Quality
Our quality process is integrated from collection of your old uniforms through delivery to you from our New Jersey warehouse. We aim to exceed our customer satisfaction objectives by applying quality management principles and our highly experienced personnel throughout our supply chain. This process assures the quality of your uniforms with dye lot fabric color testing to ensure color consistency, on site quality testing at our manufacturing site and additional quality assurance upon receiving before shipping from our distribution facility.

Our in house capabilities ensure versatility, world-class design and responsiveness to support small batch construction for specialty products, unique sizing, and personalization with quick turn times. Our on site design, pattern making and tech pack construction allows for increased efficiency and decreased lead times by creating patterns and tech packs in-house.

A custom website portal facilitates easy management of the entire process: online ordering, order status, shipment tracking, billing, and payment.
